Massage Therapy

We provide Licensed Massaged Therapists (LMTs) to improve soft tissue health and function, decrease soreness, and prevent injury. This allows the client to workout more often, perhaps at higher intensities, to accelerate their progress and reach their desired results sooner.

Body work can also be provided to realign the musculoskeletal system, which affects posture, pain management, and overall tissue health.

Massage therapy is part of the Allied Healthcare professions in New York State. The state requires LMTs go through significant education in anatomy, physiology, neurology, pathology, and hands-on coursework, followed by a state-mandated licensure examination before they can practice bodywork.
